" After falling prey to Authorised Service Centres & the pathetic service they offer at premium cost, I was searching since a long time for a Reliable Trustworthy Local Garage here in Mumbai. My search ended on Google when I came across Mr. Raj Sharma's Skillz Automobile Car Workshop at Goregoan West. After reading those wonderful reviews from the past customers, I had no doubt in mind to atleast give it a try. I immediately booked an appointment for my Chevrolet Beat Car, as yearly service was due. They have a really good team, and Car service was done to my complete satisfaction at a very reasonable cost. I had an issue with the Car A/C since a long time, which is now working like it never used to work earlier. Super job on that. Had few other small things fixed as well, for which they didn't charged anything. The most important thing I liked about their service is the Video Monitoring of the Car service. You can easily check your Car the moment in comes into the Garage, till it goes out. It's easy to use, you just have to install an App on your mobile & one time registration. So no matter where you go after leaving your Car, can easily check the proceeding in real time using this App. This brings transparency & trust, which obviously every other customer who visits an Authorized Workshop always complains off.
Mr. Raj is very courteous & knowledgeable, so is his team. Their Service head Mr. Akhilesh really knows his job. Overall a very pleasant experience with Skillz, and would highly recommend to those who are looking for a reliable & trustworthy Garage for their car. " I have 10 year old Honda Accord. My car was generating lot of noise due to compressor and Steering pump issue. I took it to Regent Honda service station and I was told I have to change three components to get rid of this noise and the cost would be approx. Rs 45,000. Another issue with the car was, the music system was not working and the quote from Honda was Rs 40,000, they advised to change the music system:). Total Honda Proposal was Rs 85,000 + GST :)
Then I got a reference of Raj ( Skillz Auto) from my brother who serviced his Fiat Punto from Skillz and his feedback was good. So I thought of checking with these guys. Skillz Auto fixed the compressor issue, Steering pump issue and Music system at Rs. 16,500 all inclusive and they have done outstanding job.
Raj Owner of Skillz Auto is a GEM of a person and I have never came across such a honest and genuine auto servicing guys in my life.
I would highly recommend every one to check it out once and I can guarantee you will never go to any other servicing station ever.

" I have Fiat Punto MJD, closing on 85000 KMs in 4.5 years. Lately front suspensions were making squeaking noise while going over bumps, potholes and very much prominent on turns (especially right turn) and another issue was for Dim light (Pilot light). I don’t want to take to FIAT service center as they were pushing for replacement of lower arm assembly and would surely cost bomb.
It’s not that, I don’t pamper my ride. I DO. But the solution & explanation wasn’t making appropriate justification. So was looking for options outside and got reference for this place from my friend.
Called up Akhilesh and reached place, mentioned him the issues. Interacted with Raj (owner) too; very polite, customer focused, positive & constructive nature person. After inspecting the issues by Akhilesh (found him SME) and his team, they provided the resolutions which were workable without digging too much hole in pocket :)
If I had serviced at Fiat’s it would too expensive but here at Skillz Automobile, they mentioned to replace the kaput parts for suspensions issue instead of whole setup. Whereas Dim light was sorted at very reasonable cost than others. On fly, I mentioned some more issues since I was out of town. Skillz Automobile did correct all of them.

Starting from Raj (Owner) a very client centric leader who is here to build his name purely on services provided and customer service and then you have skilled mechanics like Akhilesh who are the SME of their trade.
