" My mom had opened an account with ubi bit haven't received the atm card yet. Have been trying to call the customer service team for ages but it never goes through. It's very inconvenient for a bank to not give proper customer care number. It makes it difficult for the customers to get in tough with the bank representatives. My mom have not received the card yet and it worries us because I stay away from home and she can't be going g out hanging around banks for one atm card all the time. She is growing older,she doesn't have enough strength to do all of it. I will cancel her account with ubi. "
