Their exclusive ten course tasting dinner is a fine example of regionally influenced, locally sourced, ingredient focused cuisine! I'm still dreaming about the time I spent there. " We have no words for how incredible this experience - truly the greatest dining experience we have had in our years of travel throughout India. The quality of seasonal ingredients, incredible food, and OUTSTANDING hospitality has left us all in awe. It is rare to see Indian food presented in such a creative manner, only otherwise available at a spot like Indian Accent. However, Syah far surpassed Indian accent in both fresh thought, infusing traditional Indian ingredients with refined, Michelin level flair. Of note was the incredible warm plum brown butter dish; our table was in collective disbelief. My mother briefly mentioned she enjoyed the tea at dinner, and they then presented us with a complimentary gift bag full of the tea mix at the end of the dinner. Deepak and his team are beyond thoughtful (incredible service) and we are so grateful for making this Udaipur trip incredible 🙏 "

" Outstanding gastronomical experience with sumptuous food and visually exquisite plating. The extremely hospitable staff makes sure you are comfortable and explains every plate in detail before serving.
It was a surprise to believe that such a place exists in a small city like Udaipur and it's usually not easy to find a table. Would definitely recommend to anyone who likes to try out new things in food.
Being an eight or nine course meal, it easily takes at least 2 hours to get done with food and conversations so would recommend to book it accordingly. "
