Company Profile
We are in catering business since last 14 years under name of Annapurna. We had a business of selling customised software named and styled as “Balaji Software Arcade” in which we use to run cyber café and in that café we use to serve snack’s to our clients. On 13th of Aug 2001 we got an order from Reliance Infocom Ltd to start serving snack’s daily for their staff. To execute this order we floated a subsidiary as a cafeteria to Balaji Software Arcade with a signature of “Annapurna Cafeteria”. With the passage of time we expanded by introducing ourselves to other big Corporate clients like Bharti Airtel, Pizza Hut, McDonald’s, Marc Pie, Yo- China, Reliance Industries Ltd, Tata Teleservices Ltd, Connect Telephone, Spice, K.F.C. etc. We were providing staff food to these companies.
In 2005 we started another venture for outdoor catering under the flagship of “Annapurna Caterers” in this venture our team is able to register our self as a prominent caterer in Ludhiana town.
In Feb 2009 another feather was added to our cap when we started our banquet hall with a capacity of 150 pax (Class Room Setting) under signature of “Annapurna Banquet’s & Cafeteria” and in the same month we had a tie up with Ginger Hotel’s to start providing our services to their Ludhiana unit. We ran the Restaurant of Ginger Hotel’s for three years as Ginger closed its operations in Ludhiana we had to close that venture.
We are the associate partner to MERAFOODCHOICE.COM for the food supplies to the train travellers passing through Ludhiana.
At Present we are running our banquet and cafeteria as well as doing out door catering’s and providing solutions for the theme based decorations.
At Annapurna, our aim and motto is to provide not only delicious but also very hygienic and healthy food to people.

In short span of time we have earned very high popularity and reputation in the catering world in Ludhiana and surroundings. To maintain the customer satisfaction level, our C.E.O along with the other team members personally meets our client base and try to get the first hand information regarding the taste required by the guest and the same is implemented.
We, very strictly follow the quality and hygiene norms for this we have appointed a highly experienced quality control manager who himself is a experienced chef who checks all the cooked and uncooked food from time to time and take samples for lab testing also. We have state of art modern equipments for cooking, storage, serving utensils, warming food along with team of experienced and skilled employees. We are using induction based chafing dishes which helps us in maintaining constant temperature of the food and further it helps us from saving the environment by using green energy.
