" The approach to the hotel is one sided. If someone comes from Gill Road side, one has to turn left towards Model Town Ludhiana & then turn right from roundabout. After passing under the Bus Stand Rly. overbridge one has to turn right to reach the hotel. Of course the staff is very courteous & co-operative. The service is very promt. The quality of food is very good. "

" Extremely disappointing, I do not have experience of staying there,but of swimming coaching.The so called coach posseses a rustic manner to behave ,and even in 20 days of time and on numerous requests he will not teach you how to swim,your turn comes once a week to grab a chance to learn one movement . He lacks knowledge of how to talk,how to teach,how to answer on being asked something.
on being told that we learn from Google despite paying the fees,he gets offended and advises to continue doing so ( learn from Google).
Now,I mentioned the matter to the reception, as I had paid for one more month just 2 days back,I wanted refund, but to that;; I was told to wait for a day,I was told to give in writing etc etc. To which I became kind enough to not to demean the coach's image , I decided not to go with it.
But there were apologies neither from the reception staff nor from the coach ;Instead ,after 5 days,The coach gave a call to my friend who had joined with me one month back,and discontinued later, to convince her to re join and also called me egoist and unfair
Really???
Is this how a well reputed hotel staff should be behaving.
Now i demand my refund of worth rs 3000/-
Thats not such a big sum for you and not for me but your behavior compells me to go with what is right.
No apologies are expected , only refund is.. not so difficult for you,i guess.
Good luck with rest of your carriers all the respected concerned staff.

" Above average hotel in Ludhiana. Descent sized rooms. Bathrooms are bit old but functional. Room service is bit late. Liquors menu has varied opinions but serves only whiskey 😀. "
