" Pathetic bus services. AC of the buses doesn't work properly, and on top of that no value of time, the bus was delayed by 3 hours. Don't recommend any one to travel by this services "

" Yesterday I boarded the bus from Chandigarh to Jodhpur. The person in-charge was very rude (Mr. Jitu Parihar). They bought the bottle of alcohol one the way, the bus driver, Jitu and cleaner of the bus drank the alcohol while the bus halted for dinner. On the way the were picking up passengers like roadways bus people. I had a sleeper booked for myself, these xyz people who were allowed to board the bus just came and sat on my seat. The curtains of the bus were stinking, no facility like water bottle or wi-fi was provided which was mentioned while booking the ticket. Buses was meesy as hell. Above all, while booking the ticket they asked for the dropping point but since the bus got late by 1.5 hours, my drop point came under no entry zone for buses, so they asked multiple passengers to get down at a point which was 20KM away from my drop point and didn't arrange any cabs to ferry the passengers up till the drop point. I have used private buses in order to tarvel from Jammu to Chandigarh, in such cases, they have their own cabs to ferry the passengers up to their drop points. "
