" Irresponsible staff! Bunch of Liars! I stayed there in August and gave a top for ironing. Later in the evening I was informed that the laundry man has closed the shop and they are unable to retrieve my top. They assured me that they will send it through courier. Took my address n all and now it's been 4 months and I am inquiring about it continuously but I haven't got a reply yet. Even emailed them but as usual no reply. "

" Booked a double room cottage, its very good with well furnished neat,clean and beautiful interiors. But the service is poor. They told that hot water during evenings would be available only from 7:30pm-9pm(odd time , it should be till 10:30 atleast or even 24hrs as they are charging ₹5600/night) but still we had to call them constantly to provide hot water between specified time for which they would say we will check and get back later no action no response .
Hot water facility here is for a very limited time only..
As for the ooty's weather and we are not used to that kind of chilling weather they should be providing 24hrs hot water as the water will be freezing.
