Staff said that since one running tyre was damaged so they put stepney in place of that. I mean how can one drive with damaged tyre. They are a Bunch of liars "

" Least bothered about customers.
First time when serviced my car lifted branded sun glasses from my car and delivered the car in such dirty mode.(still have pic I have shared with manager)
Today in my second visit to gem, returned without doing service to my car as nobody is there to take care of admitting car for service even after 20 min, asked the lady sitting in reception for admitting for service, every 5 min she said wait for another 5 min, 3 times.
When Im returning also nobody bothered.
1 star is also more for this service centre. "

" One of the good driving schools and my trainer Akbar, he learnt me driving in a week. Initially I was very tensed to drive but with in a week I got lot of confidence and now I can drive alone without anyone help. Akbar is the best trainer and very glad to get trained by this experienced person. "

" Worst Experience : Enrolled for the driving school run by GEM on behalf of Maruti. The Trainer never shows up on time, is rude, people running the driving school has very little accountability and response. Overall a very painful experience "

" worst servicing and damaged product they gave and they told that they will replace at first servicing but after first service it didnt replace 2 months over still same problem and still my registration is not completed they are not even taking any care to customer. the worst showroom i dont want to suggest any one "
