" Worst employee with no response I have ever experienced: I had to post a parcel through speed post on urgent basis. Speed post service closes at 3PM there and unfortunately I reached at 3:02pm(2 mins late) due to my visit to a hospital that day. I requested many times to a lady employee (might be the head of that branch,who was sitting at the counter), to accept my parcel, as it was very urgent to post on that date. But she did not even look at me a single time and never responded. After 8-10 mins of my repeated request, she left the counter and went inside the office without speaking a single word. The ugly, dumb and arrogant lady I've ever met. Being frustrated, I told her a single line in a loud voice : "You keep continuing your work only for your salary, you might realise something later in life" and I hope she might have heard at least this... "
