" I spent 4 weeks in the month of May 2023 at Abhayaranya - Rishikesh Yogapeeth doing the 200 hours Yoga Teachers Training course and I must say this journey has been truly transformational for me. Nestled amidst the beautiful mountains of Manikut, this quaint yoga ashram has everything to offer - peace, joy, beautiful visuals of sunrise, variety of flora, a night sky full of stars and chirping birds. The program was very well curated and intense covering various aspects of Hatha and Ashtanga Yoga such as Shatkarma, Mantra chanting , Asana and Pranayama, Yoga Anatomy, Philosophy and meditation. The teachers are highly qualified , knowledgeable and professional which is the best part of this program. The accommodation and food is excellent and the courteous staff make your stay very memorable. When I had to leave this place after I month, I was left with tears in my eyes and just didn’t wish to leave.I’ve experienced not just physical , but also mental and spiritual reform during my stay and I’m definitely coming back for doing more courses here. I would highly recommend Abhayaranya for doing the TTC course or any other detox programs that you may wish to do so. "

" We stayed a week here for a spiritual living yoga and meditation retreat - an unforgettable and transformative experience, even in that short amount of time. The setting is breathtaking, the rooms are very comfortable, the teachers brilliant and warm, and (importantly!) the food is highly nourishing and delicious. I couldn't recommend this ashram enough for those looking to deepen their understanding of yoga in a tangibly spiritual place with the best support. It's a short walk to the Patna waterfall from the ashram - a must-visit location if you are staying or in the area - as well as several good hikes to hill-top temples with fantastic views. They also do wonderful fruit juices, shakes and chai in the cafe. Staying here is like being in a dream! Thank you to all the staff for making us feel so welcome and valued guests. "

" I visited Abhayaranya ashram for the retreat with my two children aged 14 and 11 in March 2023.This was one of the best decisions I made as my children still talk about their experience. The retreat program was a fantastic way to introduce yourselves to Yoga, satvic living and to also meet new friends in the journey.
The place is serene and beautiful and has an amazing vibe.Surrounded with nature and breathing fresh oxygen makes your experience pleasant.The hike to the ashram is also a beautiful path.The food is delicious and healthy. The concept of cleaning your own dishes after every meal is also a fantastic way for children to learn simple basic skills.
The entire staff of the Ashram are fantastic and quite supportive.Just a request to have more washing machines for laundry.
We would definitely go back to this Ashram. "

" Rishikesh Yogpeeth is a wonderful institution.Where along with yoga and philosophy, a wonderful family atmosphere is also found.When I heard about this institute or I learned about it, it was simply impossible for me to believe.The quality of food was also excellent along with the Yoga and Ayurveda retreat.

" I cannot speak highly enough of this place. It changed my life! The people there are like family and even before I got there all the communication and information was so kind and caring. You can choose different programs there and everyone there is just friendly and kind. The food was amazing and setting in the middle of the mountains cannot be beaten. When you sit outside in the sunlight every morning with mountains surrounding you, you cannot do anything else but relax. I will definitely be back. The people there are like my family now! "
