The learning content of 200 hour yoga teacher training is based on traditional yoga principles which made it very authentic and informative. It was not a yoga vacation or retreat but demands very hard work physically and mentally. Once you finished the course you can't believe that you managed to go through it, such a life-changing experience. I’m a shy person and have fears of public speaking, but this course helped me to gain confident to teach in front of few students of the group.
All the yoga teachers are very knowledgeable, friendly, and approachable. The hotel staff is very helpful and the food here is very delicious & freshly prepared. They also arranged comfortable and guided trips to the local ashrams, temples and waterfalls etc. I recommend this place for everyone looking for quality yoga classes and stay in Rishikesh.
