" We did a Sikkim Tour of 7D6N through Crystal Tours in Dec 2019. We generally do our tours DIY, this was our first time via an agency. After reaching Sikkim, it seemed like a wise decision as the roads are long and at some places lonely, Tshering kept calling us every day to find out how the trip was going. We had also some things to do in mind (e.g. having Tongba), Tshering instructed the driver about our likes and dislikes before hand.
Before booking an agent, we had done extensive research of different travel agencies, we found Crystal Tours to be the most reasonable and more importantly, he was ready to give the customizations we wanted (4d-3n in North Sikkim). Tshering was always available to answer our queries in a friendly manner. The Inner Line Permit procedure was smooth, we did not have to do anything except give our id proof. "

" This is a much-delayed review. However, does not reflect our gratitude for Tshering. He was genuine, resourceful, accommodative, and all this with a very friendly demeanour. This is not a common find and I am fully aware coming from a tourist place myself. We felt at ease to travel for almost a week in difficult weather (snowfall, landslides, and roadblocks), because of the vehicle being new and comfortable. We were picked up from Siliguri, visited Mt.Katao, Lachen, Lachung, Zuluk, a few more places in Gangtok, and then dropped at Darjeeling. In Darjeeling when we hired a local cab, the reality was a rude jolt and we all dearly missed Crystal Tours and Travels. Undoubtedly an incredible vacation that we will repeat! "
