" Bought a furniture set bed + wardrobe. Third class product, Customer service - Rude. While the owner is distinctively gentlemanly, the staff is Rude and abusive. Never got any assistance when I reported about the quality of product. "

" It was a worst experience with estillo. I have purchased a customized 8ft. Straight sofa set order no. MS/50708 on 19/2/17. The same was delivered on 18/3/17. After using for 2-3 days it was found that the cloth of the sofa is lose and the cushions as told is not there. We have asked for 3 square cushions, 2 rectangular cushions and 2 small cushions. Immediately, we have called Mr.Chawla who have attended us at first and he said to use it and the people will come after some days. After a week we called him again and again he said after 10 days the people will attend. Its been 1 month of complaint still no one has cooperated with us. Even we went to mani square showroom after soo much of harrasment day before yesterday and they told us the people will attend within two days and as usual they didn't. Its a request to all future customers of estillo please dont buy anything or else you will suffer.. "
