" Utter dismay and frustration compelled me to venture my discontent since being the regular patient of the hospital my footwares have been repeatedly stolen from inside the hospital at nowhere other than the front of the dialysis unit at 4th floor. Receiving my complain the doltish administrative staff came and returned back with spineless and numb expression. This is a glaring example of deficiency in service which undoubtedly attracts the interference of the Consumer Dispute Redressal Forum. "

" Hospital with worse medical know-how & nursing facility. I was admitted there for normal delivery by Dr. Mridula Purkayastha who is a quack rather than a doctor. She even couldn't give any planned date for the birth of my child. Admitted me suddenly when I had delivery pain. She performed epiostomy without proper know-how and proper nursing facility which is a primary and most important requirement for this. She is over confident and does not care about patient's complaints. After being aware of a mishap during the epiostomy she kept us in dark for which I had to go thru another painful surgery for ano- vaginal fistula which was detected thru MRI scan after 4 months. Hospital nurses could not take proper care of me neither my child. Used to feed him NAN when he should have been given to me for breast feeding for reducing their efforts. For the hospital & Dr. Mridula Purkayastha, my child and me r suffering till date. Doctor even didn't take my family's permission before epiostomy, didn't guide us regarding dressing procedure such as sitz bath and ignored complaints regarding immense pain and pus coming out of surgery stitches. "

" I am trying to get an appointment with a pediatric orthopedic doctor for the last 2 weeks but every time I call , i am asked to call again after sometime . But 2 weeks have passed by but could not get an appointment or correct information . I request the Authorities to look into it . Day after day patient party is bound to call to get an appointment. Its high time for my KID to see a doctor . Either you give me an appointment or just tell that appointment cannot be given . "

" My mother was admitted there. I really want to thank the doctor and the management of ILS of providing such a good treatment and taking such a great care of of my mother.
