" Staff at Speed Post Counter is very rude and unprofessional to his work.
Lodged written complaint about that but i don't think this will make changes in their behaviour.
If i get any reply from the Post Master regarding my complaint, i'll update my review accordingly.
They are getting paid by Government, we are paying for our services then why this unprofessional behaviour to customer !!!
CCTV and regular serviliance should be done to rectify this downgraded system. "

" Comments posted are correct, postman handling Speed Post, is rude and seems to be dishonest. He does not wait for a minute for the recipient of the letter to come and take their letter and leaves, harassing the recipient to come to Post Office . Postal Department as an Institution is Great but such people are burden on the Institution. "
