" I had a horrible experience with this provider. I was asked to send my travels details which I sent to them on WhatsApp. I was sent a quote per km and per hour but for a different destination. I agree to the rate and made an advance.
Next day, they asked me a bloated rate for the trip, saying that they misunderstood the destination I wanted the booking for. Which I kind of agreed but wanted the rate to be fair. After 2 days, they cancelled the booking.
I don't know how where the question of misunderstanding comes from when I sent them on whatsapp the start and destination locations in written.
