" Good facility with great doctors, but waiting for OPD is too long. They have been serving patients in the area and outsiders for a very long time with precision, fairness and being helpful. They have very good doctors on board in various specialties, with Emergency service, bed, medicine store, testing facilities and ample staff. Sisters there can be more friendly and medicine store should shelf adequate items, and the restaurant should be improved. Overall, a good place with even a helpful grievance address cell. I personally like Dr. Santanu Mukherjee and their ER doctors. "

" Reception is very bad... Today i called them for an appointment for Dr.D.Roy..The doc is available today..They told me that come and take a booking ticket for that doc.
After 2hr. i went there,and stand on the queue,after reaching the booking counter,they inform me that that doc. is not today,the doc is on leave...
i m very much disappointed... "

" I have visited there several times and the management and doctors are very friendly...but yesterday i went there with my aunty to visit dr. Abhijit darkar and I m very much displeased with his behavior.At first he came 20 mins late..it's ok...then when we entered into his cabin he started ask my aunty what's the problem while we are still standing like he was the busiest person....then just listening her few word he straight recommend to go for endoscopy and I also notice while entering into the room that he already started writing in the prescription...then I said that my aunty has to travel tomorrow to home by train...so endoscopy is not possible right now...we requested him to prescribe some medicine atleast so that she can travel....then he started shouting to my aunty what do u want me to write?did u want me to prescribe medicine for tb or cancer.....very much rude behavior he showed to us....guys I have visited eedf previously to two more doctors....believe me they are highly professional and very friendly to us....bt dr avijit sarkar's (gastro) behavior is the worst behavior I got from any doctor I have met in my life "

" Service provided is really good compared to the money they charge. Clean and friendly. Staff is good and helpful. The most important thing is they dont cut a hole in your pocket like other commercial nursing homes, that costs a fortune even if you are admitted overnight. Some really good doctors are there. Personal experiences may vary but my family goes to this place for the last 10 years and our experience till now has been very satisfying. "
