" Booked a Laugavegur trekking with our own tent. Food was delivered as asked, tho the rest wasn't quite as we agreed.
They aranged a place to leave the rest of our luggage during the trekking. When we arrived, everything was 'gone'. A call to the emergency number from the company solved it. But the guy who dropped our luggage back of, didn't look like he was very interested in what he was doing, let's say, did litlle know about his job.
We got vouchers to give at the Mountain Huts for the campsite. 5 times it went good, the last at Fimmvorduhals, we got a mad warden saying: It's always the same with this company, there is no camping!!!
So we spend the night going down the pass and ended up taking a late bus to Reykjavik.
We heard from other travelers booking with this company, that they had the same problems... "
