" TERRIBLE. We slept in the car in the middle of winter because we couldn’t check in after driving an hour out of the way. We booked this place while In iceland, the day we wanted to stay there because it showed availability. We get there and the entire hotel is shut down; no lights on, no one there. We call the phone number over 20 times and it says “busy, call back”. Even Expedia couldn’t get through to them over the course of 45 minutes. Then we go to the restaurant across the street while on hold with Expedia to get a refund and the restaurant staff says this happens all the time and that the hotel eventually blocked the restaurants number because so many people were calling... it’s literally a scam. Avoid at all costs... "
