" Room looked pleasing enough, but aircon would not move below 27C. Reception arranged to have it fixed while I was at dinner. But it stopped working almost immediately I returned. The opened windows made the room cooler, but the shutters lock was broken. The receptionist brought in a table fan, so that had to do. Additionally, there was no suitcase stand so had to move a night table from beside the bed to do the job. By now, a small amount of water had dripped from the a/c grill. Another room was not possible until the following day. This present one was not a three star room, despite the cooperation of the receptionist. "
