" We had a terrific stay here earlier this month. We stayed in a very updated room (310) that was perfectly clean, bright, awesome bathroom, and good bed. As with most hotels, choosing the standard, lowest level rooms don't give a great experience and I suggest going for at least the deluxe water view rooms (or just stay in 310). This is based on what we read before coming here and was happy with our room choice.
The service was awesome, perhaps bc we didn't go in August but that is to be expected that time of year. The half board was an incredible deal. We ate at at Il Paguro most nights (not sure why anyone would go to buffet when they can go to Il Paguro for same price?!). Views were solid all around and lots of nice places to relax on the property. The hotel is a bit far from a good town (Palau isn't amazing and Porto Cervo is a bit snobby but good to see one night). There are some other good places around like Phi Beach that is worth checking out if it's open. "
