I was born in Jersey and returned back in 2016 after completing a 4-year degree earning a First Class Masters in Osteopathy and Naturopathy at the British College of Osteopathic Medicine in London.
I became interested in Osteopathy when I was 15 after injuring my back leading up to the Island Games of 2009. My interest in this field continues to grow with each and every patient who I see, treat and learn from.
My goal is to help as many people as I can with any aches, pains or injuries they have or are suffering from. I will do my best to provide the most appropriate treatment and advice to help each and every patient on the road to recovery.
Many of my patients are surprised at just how fast osteopathic treatment and naturopathic advice can help resolve pain, reduce stiffness and return them back to their normal daily lives - without pain.
"Waiting for the pain to go away" is something I hear often and for some it does, but for many it does not. Equally, I often hear "I've had it for years so it's not going to go away" but this is very often not the case. With accurate diagnosis and treatment the body can be helped to heal itself better by removing the barriers causing the pain. This can happen as quickly as just one or two treatments, however, some can take several depending on the complexity of the problem.
Osteopathy can offer great results for those seeking immediate care with painful conditions and also for those wishing to invest in long-term health solutions. My treatments are tailored to the individual’s need, regardless of age or condition, our goal is to provide the best medical care whether it be treatment or more appropriate referral.
The clinical application of naturopathic theory influences case management regarding selection, sequencing and integration of therapies, as well as healing practices, and lifestyle and wellness approaches. This ranges from diet alterations or supplementation advice to lifestyle alterations regarding basic exercise or activity improvements though to hydrotherapy advice.
