Highlands Academy Restaurant is home to the kitchen of our Culinary Arts students who deliver outstanding traditional menus with a modern twist, under the supervision of experienced industry professionals. We strive to create dishes that incorporate seasonal and local produce as much as possible. Our hospitality students provide you with outstanding service in our restaurant and bar, and the ambience and environment reflects the highest industry quality. Suitable for a business lunch, mums with children, private catering or an out of town experience. It's often been mentioned as one of Jersey's 'best kept secrets'!

Open for Lunch on Tuesdays and Wednesdays from 12pm and Dinner on Thursday evenings from 6pm.

We can take group bookings and offer private functions out of standard hours.
