" Such a fun castle to visit. Lots of rooms to explore and learn about its history. It gives a real sense of how the castle once was with so much still intact and lovingly looked after. Beautiful views of the bay and across to France from the very top. Kids will love getting dressed up as knights and princesses while having their own adventures in the castle. I highly recommend a visit. "

" Beautiful place to visit - definitely a must visit when exploring Jersey. An interesting glimpse into the history of the island. Nice views over the harbour from the top of the castle. It takes around an hour to walk through the castle. There are also costumes available if you fancy to explore the castle dressed up as a princess or a knight :). "

" It's a great place to explore,some rather scary steps ,a great piece of turnable art work in one of the lower rooms,I won't say anything else,don't want to spoil it.we were there about 2 hours,limited due to leaving for airport. "

" Great castle with hidden rooms and staircases which makes the place feel less of an exhibit and more like you're going back in time. Family friendly with kids activities, the castle is great for all ages.

" Another exceptional must see place on the island of Jersey. Not good for the elderly as there are many steps to climb and some of the stairways are narrow and uneven. Lots of interesting stories about the castle. Access to pretty much all areas. Fantastic views from the top tower. Spent a good few hours here exploring all the nooks and crannies. Well worth the entrance fee. "

" I would go back to visit if I'm in Jersey again. One of my favourite castles. The view is indescribable. And the telescopes at the top work and you don't use a coin for it! You do need at least 4 hours to fully explore it. We spent 3 hours and found there were some rooms we missed. Don't miss the dragon 🐉. "
