" Newly revamped restaurant looks gr8.. but thr food is on the expensive side. Dont try the sunday roast with ordering a side order of large chips.. the quantity of roast is pretensiously small..+ dessert is a dissapointment! "

" Has everything you could need in a 3 bedroom house. Our villa had a hot tub and a sauna which we used every night. We couldnt fault this house and will be back. We will also highly recommend this complex to others looking for accommodation in Jersey "

" Had a great time playing golf here. Some of the holes have fantastic views over the ocean and the final hole is a massive challenge. We also played tennis in the indoor courts and the facilities were clean and neat. "

" Overall great time here, but resort does nothing to police its no car policy which is upsetting with regards to child safety. You are meant to park in the carpark and walk to you lodge except for arrival and departure days. A number of customers drove around the site multiple times a day, e.g. Grocery shopping etc... I complained at the office but they did nothing. Do not expect your children to be safe like with the centreparks system. Because of this I can only give a 3. "

" We've been on two family holidays here and we'd definitely go again. The second time we got a nice little hamper on arrival. My only grumble is we didn't have a car and it's at the end of tight country lane which can be a little hairy, also it's next to the airport so you get woken up fairly early but we were ok with that. It has a nice restaurant and bar and the office sells a few essentials. There is a mini mart about 15 mind walk away at a service station and about 40mins there is an Iceland and Waitrose. There are two play areas for the kids and during the summer holidays the sports center has loads of bouncy castles and soft play so perfect there is a shower or rain. "

" We were spending the week at les ormes and even at the moment of arrival we were not staying at "5 star" acomodation, the photos on the site of the apartments that we were staying in were two of the flats put together and them saying it was one. The central heating does not work neither did the thermostat or electrics for the first few hours and the fellow who came to look at the heating was extremely rude and hard to work with overall there were some positive points like the golf course and restaurant but bad accommodation and staff. "

" I have over the past 12 years used Les Ormes for Corporate Golf league and kids football and food.
I have been impressed up until this year when we booked my 10 year old sons party for the 2nd consecutive year I was astonished to see the function room we were literally dumped in.
The room was right beside the ladies toilet, had no windows, music. The birthday banner was at coving height therefore not visible. There was no room for parents or prams.
The kids asked why they were not in one of the 2 function rooms upstairs, I could not answer and was perplexed as I have never seen this room in the past.
When I spoke to management I was informed that they only provide food. If this is the case, why put a banner in the room? Contradiction here.
My complaint fell on deaf ears, I will never use their 'party/function???' facilities again and urge anyone thinking of using the facilities to seek clarification in writing.
Management, you need to understand it is all about the experience and managing expectations. You clearly do not understand the basics. Shame, real shame. "
