" This is one of the best hotels that I've been to so far. The property is very large and there are actually two different sides or hotels which will definitely make you feel at home. The staff are great, extremely helpful and pleasant, and make you feel at home. They also have great pools, bars, restaurants, rooms, beaches and fun stuff to do. I still haven't tried their disco though. There it's also a shuttle service to take you to your room if you're going to the other side of the property or anywhere in between. I would recommend this hotel to anyone!! "

" Everything was very good, my Queen and I decided to go there to celebrate our 8th Year Anniversary and I must say we really had a good time. I mean everything was good from the buffet too the daily activities and events that took place everyday of our stay. Some of the food was a little warm but for the most part the majority of the food was hot and the drinks was on point all day. The Palladium resort staff was all smiles and full of happiness I must say as well. The only problem was that our room wasn't set up as requested for our anniversary day but other than that everything was amazing. We plan on returning next year with our kids because it is a wonderful experience with kids as well. It's several things to do with your kids and your kids can do things by themselves on the resort because it's really some wonderful things to experience with kids, family, friends and just you 2 love birds. I would definitely recommend. "

" Great experience here! We arrived on Christmas day and had a great meal with champagne that night. The entire staff was happy and friendly even though they were working on Christmas. There are a few beaches to choose from though we spent most of our time on a little one off the side. Each day they would cook jerk kitchen on the beach. The restaurants were ok for resort food. "

" We have been to this resort five times! Food is exceptional for an all inclusive (MUST TRY the Jerk Shack at the beach!) the buffet is always good and the individual restaurants are way better than most I have been to previously. The pools are incredible, the resort is always spotless and the staff is very friendly. The location is good, about an hour from the airport and 7-Mile Beach is about an hour also - a little farther to Rick's Cafe. I HIGHLY recommend this all inclusive!! "

" Spent 3 days there earlier this year, it was a fun experience. The staff is courteous, friendly and helpful. Food is great, the restaurants are amazing and the extra large pool is beautiful and fun. Their night time shows were both entertaining and informative. The room I was in was quite cozy and all rooms come with their own jacuzzi bath tubs. Overall I enjoyed by experience, and I would definitely recommend it to someone. "

" So firstly let me caution you before you spend your hard earned money here. I'll start with the positives. The staff so far has been great, attentive, friendly and go out of their way to improve the experience. The lobby building and pool area are top notch. Gorgeous architecture and landscapes that rival the very best Caribbean all inclusive has to offer. Contract security guards patrol the grounds at all hours and seem to take their job seriously, I spoke with a couple of them. So the main building and grounds are great, but unfortunately you won't be sleeping here... The accommodations and cuisine we experienced this far are definitely sub-par compared to the rest of the hotel. I have posted images of an actual room they placed us in, not photoshopped photos but real images with a professional camera. As you can see, this is more of the quality you'd expect at a $39/night sleazy Red Roof inn back in the States, not a four star all inclusive Caribbean resort. The mattress is horrible, springs and pad and not much more, you'll slide off the edges. Flat screen TV, but all received channels are fuzzy and remote doesn't work. The furniture is deteriorated, even has water damage (see pics), the walls and cieling are cracking, paint work haphazardly done and the patio door lock is broken nor do they have handles on the outside so good luck getting back inside. There are electrical panels hanging from the wall with wires exposed in our building and our room. There is minimal space to put your belongings, no clothes bereau just bedside table and closet (you can see our clothes laid out on the bed). The food in the buffet is more like you'd find in a cafeteria, not terrible but very common and tasting just so so. Service there was great and drinks are included of course.
UPDATE: So, it took a couple days but the Guest Relations offered to move us to the Lady Hamilton side of the resort and we accepted. The bellboy(whom I'll not mention his name but he was awesome) informed us the Jamacia side is run down and not up to the standard of the rest of the resort. (we had to coax this out of him as he did not want to talk bad about his employer) The new room was much better, newly renovated, modern fixtures, no cracks in the walls lol. If you stay at this resort I highly highly suggest you ensure your room is on the Lady Hamilton side of the resort and not the Jamaica side. It's important the hotel responded to our issue and offered us a switch to better accommodations so I'm changing my rating from two stars to three. "

I tried to give the hotel the opportunity to address what happened to me and my two best friends on the night of 7-27-17 but they have refused to cooperate!
We were brutally attacked on their resort at approximately 10:30pm, yes we had been drinking and since the resort won't communicate I'm guessing we were either drugged or drinking tainted alcohol (this resort is affiliated with one in Mexico) because we have no idea how it happened. We filed a claim with security, asked for surveillance which they claim they don't have and since we were about to leave the resort we opted to pursue further action once we were back in the United States.
This resort is corrupt and unsafe! "

" Pool was only half full. Beach was small and at some points unusable. Food was ok but they didn't even have cream for your coffee. Drinks by the pool were small but tasty. Their website led me to believe this would be a luxurious vacation but my wife and I did not get what we paid for. In my opinion. I have to say that the staff was very nice and the nightly entertainment was exceptional. We will not go back again. "

" First off I would like to say that this is a nice looking resort with a massive pool but that's all it has going for it . Upon my arrival I was unhappy with my room due to my location so I requested something closer to shops and beach . I was told that it will happen tomorrow but it never did no one called me to confirm or discuss any details regarding another room . The majority of the staff needs a course on hospitality and customer service they seem very unhappy like they don't want to be bothered with questions . I received responses with body language or no eye contact . There were a few staff members that were a exception to this but not many . The spa and massage people will ask you if you want a massage ten times a day it starts to get annoying after a while . The food quality is another issue like the drinks it's very watered down , restaurants are a little better but nothing to get excited about . The beach is nothing special either it has a lot of seaweed and rocks in it so I had to buy water shoes for me and my girlfriend . I recommend anyone who decides to attend this resort to do the same . Now back to the room , I received some "fresh" towels that were not so fresh there were stains all over them so I call the desk to ask for new ones and four hours later they finally arrive . Fantastic service not to mention I had to call twice but again like the food and drinks the service is also very watered down . Did I mention that my wifi access was cut off the night before I checked out so again I call and questioned it and the response I got was the I.T guy will look into it in at ten a.m when he arrives but I figured out that my room number that I use to access wifi has Been shut off hours before I checked out . I guess this is how they penny pinch at this resort . There seemed to be a pattern of penny pitching going on here . I almost forgot to mention that the mattress was so soft that if you roll to the edge of it you could slip right off like rolling down a hill .Clearly it was time for a new one . Unfortunately my experience here was so bad that I lost interest in visiting Jamaica again . This was way below my expectations for a so called four star resort . I highly recommend looking elsewhere if you are considering visiting Montego Bay . I would also like to warn you about the shuttle service that picks you up from the airport and takes you to your resort. I waited over a hour for pickup and on the way back it broke down so I suggest you get a taxi instead . "
