" Friendly staff but business practices stinks.I had to return a car on a Sunday morning nobody to check the car in,so had to drop off and leave,only to find out that i have extra charges on my account ,they have your deposit so they can say a million and one thing has happen to the car.So take my advice if you have to leave the car with nobody to check it in TAKE PICTURES thats the only prove we'll have.I've been renting with them for awhile.Now no more some other company will get my business. "

" Beware ,. Online it seems as though you're getting a good price for a car, But then you arrive on the island they slap you with overpriced insurance options THEN ANOTHER $250 USD HOLD ON YOUR CARD. I visited for 11 days at a cost of $324 USD which anyone who's booked a car before would assume was the final cost of everything since the site said Final Price, plus $330 USD for insurance . And ll this for a 2014 Toyota Yaris with broken buttons , rattling body parts and and hubcaps held on with zip straps. If you're from Jamaica and simply returning to visit friends and relatives don't make the same mistake I did. Call a relative and ask them to find you a car to rent .There are plenty of individuals who own solid , newer personal vehicles who rent them to visitors For Significantly less . For $650+USD aka $78000 JMD I could have went to Courts and bought a dryer , and nobody in Jamaica has a need for a dryer. "
