" The place is small but has improved a little since my last visit. The rooms are ok and were clean but don't expect a room of a 5 star hotel.
They have fan and an Air Conditioning unitin each room, also a little balcony.
The restaurant was the only part that I was feeling a little unconfortable because I could not find a variety of food to choose from, specially because almost everything was met or has hot pepper in it (and I am allergic to hot pepper ) so I had to eat only pasta and pineapple.
The food is probably not a big deal for most people because they can eat everything and I really think that they put effort to prepare all the food but for me I didn't have many choices and it is one of the things that don't allow me to enjoy places in Jamaica because the food is almost always spiced and with hot pepper.
The first day I could not eat much but the second day I had to tell one of the waiters that I couldn't eat anything because of the hot pepper and he offered me fish but I don't like fish. Finally he insisted and asked the chef to prepare some bake bean for me without hot pepper. (That was nice from him)
The bar attendants were really nice and always prepared what we asked them.
There was an Italian chef that seems to be very friendly and even came to our table to talk to my little daughter and showed us a photo of his daughter who happens to be Jamaican.
There is a swimming pool in front of the restaurant.
The beach is right at the back of the hotel and you can walk several kilometers were you will find people from other hotels in the same area.
Parking lot is very limited so be ready to park two hotels away if the small parking lot is full.

The most important thing I will highlight from my second visit to this hotel is some of the personnel (I can't say all of them) They were friendly and accommodating specially the Italian chef, the bar attendants and a gentleman that was doing multiple functions (waiter, lifesaver, swimming instructor, the man that you could ask anything and he will get it for you and was also who got something for me to eat. "

" While the quality of the property and rooms is a little less than average, the value for the price is good. I paid $115 per night and get 3 meals and all the drinks I want so it's almost like the room is free. The beach is good too. The working staff? They are ok, but seem kind of disappointed to be at work always. "
