" Fantastic cozy chic cafe. Happened upon this place and felt immediately welcome. the interior uses a lot of wood and warm lighting along with some relaxing jazz playing in the background - all makes for a perfect cold weather retreat.
The owner and staff are friendly and really take pride in what they serve here. Owner speaks English quite well, too. She bakes all the desserts herself, and they are absolutely delicious.
I had their original baked cheesecake. It was rich, dense, and creamy with great cheese flavor. Came with blueberry sauce with whole berries and a cheesecake crisp.
She also let me sample their Chiffon cake. it comes as what looks like a huge portion, but it is so unbelievably light, you'll finish it in no time.
All her desserts have understated sweetness which I really love. They have a hand picked selection of coffee to choose from as well as whole leaf teas and hot chocolate. I am looking forward to trying the Hot Spiced Wine come December!
