" There are pros and cons that you will see on the Internet. More cons related to my room. What I can say is that for a 300usd a night room, at least I expect a clean carpet. A few steps walking with my socks in the room where enough to leave them quite dirty. There is also an extra fee to use the swimingpool :( I'm very disapointed. "

" Wonderful resort ! Superb onsen, there is 3 indoor pool and 2 outdoor pools. Many amenities in the changing room with different products to try. The buffet is excellent, good choice of food variety and good quality of ingredients. Service staff very courteous and kind. Facilities can do with some update but generally good. "

" The price was good because I had a package that included a bus from Tokyo and breakfast and dinner. There are a lot of activities you can do here including table tennis, tennis, mini golf, karaoke and it has a bar ("night club"). There are also a few different restaurants here as well. I only tried the buffet which was very good for a hotel buffet. There is also an onsen here which is average quality.
The resort is about 15 minutes from town, but there is a shuttle that takes about 5 minutes.
The only reason I give this a 3 star rating instead of 4 is because the place is a bit dated and it could be cleaner. This is for the onsen as well. "
