" Very good service at the hotel, including being fitted for our yukata in our room. Onsen facilities were very nice, including the private ones you can rent out for 50min. Dinner was an adventure, but was really delicious, and the breakfast buffet was good. Some carpets need to be replaced but that is my only complaint. "

" We booked a room for 4 people, and though the site said there was only one room, there was a second room in it with nothing but a massage chair. If we had wanted, we could have used it as a second bedroom. The futons were very comfortable.
The main reason we stayed here was for the private in-room onsen baths, which were delightful. The room with the bath had big windows that could be opened to the cool night air. Most importantly, we got to enjoy the hot spring baths despite having visible tattoos, which would prohibit you from entering a public bath in Japan.
The breakfast buffet was delicious, and had a wide variety of Japanese breakfast foods. There was very little in terms of Western breakfast food, but we were okay with that. Overall, well worth the great deal we got online. "
