" The sky garden has a fantastic view over the bay and if the weather is nice of Tokyo too. You can spot the Skytree and Tokyo Tower in the distance. Last entry at 20.30 and the panorama is just as amazing at night if not more so. Reasonable price at only 1000 yen for an adult. "

" This observation deck is really worth visiting. For the price you pay the view is spectacular, and there is a small cafe and of course a souvenir shop. It's a bit tricky to find - there are only a few signs inside the shopping mall and they are located only near the hall which leads to the elevator, you won't see them outside or near the entrance of the mall. If you go from the station, you'll easily see the entrance, then you need to use the escalator - don't be deceived by the fact that you want ultimately to go up, you need to go down first - and there board an elevator. If you enter the shopping mall from the ground level, you need to go up to the 3rd floor and move to the right, then you will see the same escalator, which is located in a small separate hall. "
