" 接客が素晴らしい。特に送迎バスの運転士さん。親身で尊敬する仕事ぶり。建物や地域として厳しい事情を上回るホスピタリティ。夕食の有料飲み放題プランは特製の地ビールと日本酒が多数。温泉横のマッサージ機が上等。施設が大きくて部屋によっては移動が大変。茅野駅近辺の観光も考えて計画すると良い。 "
