" Genuinely a great hotel, one of the best I've ever stayed at. Service was on point at all times, the rooms were clean, quiet, and comfortable, price wasn't bad. Location is very close to the train station. Great views from room and exec lounge. My only minor quibble is the design of the bathroom; the folding door style means there isn't a lot of noise blocking, and the automatic toilet is loud. But if you're staying alone that's not an issue. "

Very comfortable beds and cool decor in the rooms. Had a great view from my room.
Hotel has a gym and Japanese onsen, hot baths.
I was only there 2 nights. I wish I had spent more time

" There is something to be said for American hotels in foreign countries: They are so much nicer! This hotel is new and very nice. It is less “business-like” than the Hiltons in America in the sense that it has cool modern touches. King room has a decent amount of space, a private toilet, and shower/bath combo. Gym is new and has nice amenities. Staff are friendly and super helpful. They were very accommodating helping to extend our stay and provide ice packs when I injured my back. Four stars because the food could be improved. "
