" Had to make 5 separate trips just to hand in my application. Poor service, added by waiting times of upto 2 hours. Person sitting at the counter is not clear with the documents required for application and insists that he is correct and that the customer has to go back and get copies of new documents never mentioned.
At my time there during application, i came across 3 disgruntled clients.
The whole office needs an overall update including a new counter to speed up wait times. "
