" Had a truly horrible customer service experience at Westgate branch. Was overcharged (based on the price list!) and when I politely inquired about the difference was treated so rudely and disrespectfully by the manager who insinuated that 'I couldn't afford it' when I questioned the up charge and then proceeded to threaten to take the difference out of my technician's pay if I didn't agree to pay to her extortionary price. They will take advantage of you and charge a price they are in no way worthy of for the quality of service and which does not agree with the price list (!!!!!) and to add to that you get treated so absolutely disrespected..? Don't bother, places 10x as nice in Nairobi exist "
