" One hasn’t tasted scrumptious cakes if one hasn’t had cakes from Big Ben. They sale very fresh, moist and well baked cakes. Their cake slices are well portioned and retail at Ksh200 by the time of this review. Due to their amazing cakes be sure to get fresh ones everyday. At times they sell out some flavours as early as 6pm. "

" Very poor customer service at the shop. First of all I arrived to pick up an order and I had to wait for almost 30 minutes and the crew didn't seem bothered. Furthermore when the order was finally brought the cake was messed up, the color wasn't right, the decorations weren't right and it wasn't what had been ordered and they were not apologetic at all. "
