" We run a motor vehicle garage in kericho by the name of Jeet motors kericho. In Febuary 2020 we were supplied with automotive primer which we were told is a substitute of the product we used for several years. After using the product we faced several reactions on the paint jobs we did. This reactions costed us heavily. We raised a complaint with the crown team a team visited our workshop who admited the liability and said they will work a way to resolve our issue and cover us for our losses.it is over six months the issue hasnt been resolved. I would just like to inform the Kenyan public that crown paints is only interested in making profits but not proving after sales service and not concered on quality of their products.we dont recommend tbere products at all. "

" Yes I like crown paints I'm a regular customer, my favorite paint is the white super gloss and I am from milimani and I buy paint once or twice a week, ok I'm and American and a trump fan and I come from America, but one thing I don't understand is that u can't return perfectly good and sealed tin cans after u buy them, people argue that is mixed paint but hey have a shelf where u sell the mixed paint ready to roll, beats me, but for the most part I like the place great products. "
