" It is very chilled and offers a very comfortable environment. Their chicken is amazing and the service is self service. It's among the major fast food stops in Kenya. I especially like their inside setting the lights brings a chilled mood. It is a good place to catch up with friends "

" Terrible service. Ordered 15 pieces takeaway only to get home and find 14. Next time I was there they still mixed up my order; was there at 9.15pm but was leaving at 10.15 pm(with no food!). The mix up rectified by starting to cook a new batch. Get this, at 10.15pm the machine is apparently broken down and they want to refund the cash! If I had any aneurysms I guess this would have been the day they burst. My advice, just don't buy chicken pieces here after 9pm(or at all). Not worth the hassle. "

" I have ordered a Fully Loaded Box Meal at 19:25 and they said in 45 mins you will get it. However, they haven't delivered in 1 hr (at 20:25). Then I have decided to call them again and they said they will deliver it in 10 mins. Time is running. Now, time is 20:42 and still waiting for it. Then I have decided to go and eat there. By the time I start eating at KFC after complaining to the manager, the driver calls me. Guess the time now, it is 21:27. By the way, I live in Karen C and I have ordered from KFC at Galleria Mall. NOTE: There is no traffic congestion on the way. Any vehicle can reach there less than 10 mins. Thanks! "
