" Very poor customer service. Slow to respond. Waited 9 days to get a viewing on a rental property in Nairobi. Got tired and reached out to another agency with the same property on their listings, was given a viewing next day and have since made an offer. Wrote to complain to the relevant agent and got no response. One to avoid! "
