WHY SHOREUP ORG
Our community is naturally made up with a lot of people that have great potentiality such as creators, innovators, entrepreneurs, artist, game changers and a lot of other talents
Unfortunately these NATURAL TALENTS AND potentials have low rate of growth, recognition as well as success and are likely to stuck/ fail on their way
Why….
Our systems of family, education and community were and are not ready to receive and exercise this in two (2) ways.
1. MOST OF US GREW AND ROSE UP TO RELY ON CAREER DEVELOPMENT THROUGH EDUCATION SYSTEM. Unfortunately this education system trains us to become employers only.
Our education system do not recognize talents, entrepreneurship, art as a form of strong career that can change our life standards and status
2. OUR COMMUNITY ALSO LIES ON THE LACK OF ONE IMPORTANT ASPECT OF KNOWLEDGE. That is empowerment from essential life skills.
Every individual needs life skills knowledge. It impacts our life in all ways to be aware of ourselves and others, to be awakened & better individuals by dealing with life challenge. Life skills are one of a support to prevent you from failing.
WE NEED CHANGE AND MOVE FORWARD
Although there is a gradual change within our community itself through globalization that also change people mindset, we do not expect an easy change to the whole community because of what we have been taught in class for decades and beliefs that society grew up with
But we can’t ignore gradual changes that are progressing and that reflect a good future in these careers.
Musicians, sportsman and actors now receive fair recognitions and their influence is growing fast within our community and in government.
From products and services endorsements, ads deals, music sales through online platforms, shows etc their career is set one bar to succession.
SHOREUP, as the name suggest, we are here to help changing the situation and supporting targeted individuals
People should allow real talents, artist & artists’ products, creators, innovators, entrepreneurship, etc to have their path and grow as careers in our community. Their value and impact is huge and should to be taken into account
