" I had called to book a consultation for services. When I came in they asked me to wait 30 minutes. I returned and was again asked to wait another 30 minutes. When I specified what I wanted, they then informed me that the person to do the treatments wouldn't be back in for another month, and that the other services I wanted that all the rooms were full. I asked what the point was in booking, and they had no answer, and referred me to another spa. Really horrible customer service, and I rarely write bad reviews. I've been living in Kenya for long and rarely receive services like this. Really reconsider going here. "

" You walk in to a relaxed ambience of the spa. An aura of friendliness. At timeless you are advised accordingly and your skin examined. There is no rush at all. The professionalism is over the top, the products are authentic. The services are worth it. Believe me! They have services suited for all clientele. No one is left out! High, low or middle. At timeless you are made to feel special. They call you by your name. I didn't feel pushed to make decisions at timeless...my skin was badly damaged. Talk of sunburn, dark circles under the eyes! That is no more. And the argan oil is just my lifetime "partner". I can't describe it enough! One needs to visit Timeless to experience the soaking of your feet that cleans your body from the inside! I have no words to describe it...it is like "detox" from the feet! 😍...you know what detox does. I shall be forever grateful to timeless for the "healthy" me. Can't wait to have skin tags removed in my next visit. They couldn't do so because I was breasfeeding! That is how professional they are!👌 no rush! Thank you timeless! "
