" We've booked a 12-days tour in Kenya and Tanzania with Wild Race Africa Tours. Our route was Nairobi - Lake Naivasha - Lake Nakuru - Masai Mara - Serengeti - Ngorongoro - Lake Manyara - Amboseli - Nairobi.
First we hesitated because of the pandemic situation we are living right now - but we didn't regret our desicion. Simon answered all our questions we had prior to the journey and with Alex we had the perfect guide in Kenya. Alex wellcomed us at the airport and cared very good for us. He is a great troubleshooter and you are lucky to have him as a guide. We've learned a lot about the places we've visited and about the country and its people. Also in Tanzania we had a great guide with China and his son Shidi.
We were concerned about the border crossing Kenya-Tanzania-Kenya, but with the help from our guides everything went smoothly. For every border crossing a negative PCR test was required, as well for the return flight from Kenya to Europe. So keep in mind to calculate the waiting time for the results.
We booked a budget tour, but at some places we upgraded to a mid range lodge. It's great that you can customize your tour the way you like it. Normally we are individual travelers - it was our first experience with a organized tour. We enjoyed to just sit back - and don't worry about were to sleep or eat next. The organization was perfect - the food was yummy - the lodges were fine too! So we could 100% foucs on the beautiful nature and spotting wild animals.
If you think about doing a safari in this complicated times, but you're unsure about all the covid regulations - I really recommend to do it. Of course it's a bit more complicated and bureaucratic - but it definitely is worth! "

" Highly recommendation for anyone planning to have a stunning safari in Kenya, Wildrace Africa safari Holidays is the company to beat and Simon is the expert to be in contact with. Everything was planned in a best way ever with lot of flexibility, understanding. We get the best experience for our first time in Africa and kenya tanzania to be specific. Japheth is a genius guide and he managed to show is in 2 days driving chettah and lions just in 2 meteres away. We stayed at the Serena lodges and it was awesome.

" Went on a 10 day safari in Tanzania and Kenya in August 2015 and had an incredible time. Wild Race Africa were incredibly helpful throughout the planning process, and helped us put together an itinerary that suited our budget and timescales. The guides we had on both the Tanzanian and Kenyan side (Godlove and Gordon) were both incredibly knowledgeable and helpful - we learned so much on tour. Saw the big 5 within the first 3 days (which is apparently very rare and lucky!) and also we were lucky enough to see baby leopards, baby cheetahs learning to hunt and a baby elephant less than 2 weeks old.
We stayed in a range of accommodation styles, from luxury resorts also to temporary private campsites. Personally, I felt the campsites were the most memorable and special - we were right in the heart of the wild (eg the Serengeti on the Tanzanian side), so could zebras and other forms of wildlife walk past the camp in the middle of the night. Felt completely safe and comfortable the whole time. The chef on site cooked up some amazing meals, and all of the staff ensured we were very well looked after. We could also sit outside the tent (which is fully furnished with a double bed and hot showers etc) each evening to watch the sun set and enjoy a glass of wine after a day of game drives.
Would highly recommend Wild Race. We specified our budget and requirements, and kept communicating with Simon until we reached what we felt was the right itinerary for us. They are very flexible and accommodating. Highly recommend. Thank you Simon, Japherth, Godlove, Gordon and the rest of the team - you guys were great :) "

Wildrace Africa Safari did organised atrip of a lifetime for our group travelling through Kenya visiting Masai Mara for the great wildebeest migration, Lake Bogoria for the flamingos to the northern Kenya Frontier Aberdare ranges National park , mount Kenya to Amboseli for the mount Kilimanjaro view.
The trip was just but wow. It did exceed our expectation. Simon has been very helpful in organizing this trip and all went just as planned, the level of comfort ; superb, food and even to the guide and game drive.... just excellent!!!
The guide Gordon and John re very much knowledgeable, quite flexible with big of humor. At the end of every trip, the next day program is outlined in Advance to help save time and maximizing on other activities like the cultural village visits.
No words can be enough to en-dose this company, Am sure will still use their services in the near future.
