Hotel, bar, restaurant and campground derelict for many years, revived by AFRICALITY and then closed by then closed illegally by Samburu County Government
With roughly 500 pages of evidence submitted to the EACC, the CID and others, the case against Samburu County is overwhelming. This evidence has been supported by numerous formal witness statements and audio recordings.
The campaign to discredit me personally and the AFRICALITY charity which has been destroyed has been vile. Indeed, the evil is what you would expect from a local government which threatened to beat staff and tourists alike.

Of the very many provable charges against Samburu County and its staff there are:
1. They executed an illegal eviction without any court order or due process through the courts of Kenya.
2. That senior members of the County Government threatened extreme violence against staff and tourists.
3. That Samburu County Government permitted and encouraged their so-called County Rangers to steal property of AFRICALITY.
4. That the most senior members of the Samburu County Government demanded the falsification of invoices.
5. That the same would conspire to demand payment to themselves in order that legal and correct invoices should be paid.
6. That the same demanded free access to rooms and facilities, food, drink and so forth and accrued the same with no payment of legal invoices. Corruption and extortion in the extreme.
7. That the Department of Tourism was engaged in poaching. Incredible, but true and there is written testimony from various people to this effect.
There's much more. But what is certain, and what every screaming protestor cannot deny, all of the above is fully substantiated with physical and written evidence. That's a fact.
Finally, despite the claims of the ignorant and ill-informed, The new website which has appeared which references the Governor and others was not written by myself or any person I know. It is the product of third parties who have had a long-standing and very particular interest in that certain ex-British Army Officer.

NEWS FLASH! MORE CORRUPTION AND THEFT BY SAMBURU COUNTY GOVERNMENT!
Sources tell Samburu Exposed that the disreputable Mafia which run Samburu County have broken into the bar of Maralal Safari Lodge and are drinking the stock.
So, they seized the property, stole goods paid for by the operator and are using it for their own greedy ends.
...
Poaching is also reported as rife again (you remember, the Minister for Tourism was complicit in organizing it before AFRICALITY?).
We think the EACC will have fun throwing these parasites into prison ... probably before the 2017 election.

Maralal Leopard Lodge is an alternative name for Maralal Safari Lodge, operated by AFRICALITY.
23 September 2015: The lodge is currently closed due to an illegal confiscation and eviction by the Samburu County Government. During this terrible event, County Government officials threatened to have armed County Rangers beat the both the international tourists and staff unless they left within one hour.
The rule of law is absent from Samburu County and AFRICALITY have protested ...to the highest levels at the grave injustice and criminal acts upon our organisation and upon our staff.
