Kurut is the salted candy of the Kyrgyz people! 🍬🍭🍡Made from fermented milk, 🍼🥛 rolled into a ball, possibly seasoned with spices and finally dried, it constitutes a rot-proof cheese, easily transportable, which is consumed in small quantities without affecting the conservation of the remainder.Stan is the suffix used in Central Asia, to denote the country or place. Kyrgyzstan = The country or place of Kyrgyz and Kurutstan is the place or country of the Kuruts.Kurut is like the Kyrgyz people and most of the Central Asian people. Oval and simple in shape, but with great taste and character, traditional like this thousand-year-old recipe but also modern by adding spices and creating new flavors.This channel aims to present you Central Asia and Kyrgyzstan in particular with my personal view of European attached to this region for more than 15 years!
