A sign off will be made after the agreement on the sample is settled. DeliverOnce the products finished, OFFSET will need to assure the quality base on the agreement that has been signed off and will then delivered to your place. If the materials delivered to client is different from sign-off, OFFSET will responsible for reproduction.
