" The customer service at flow is very poor. My internet has been down for a week. I was instructed by the technician to take the modem to the office to be replaced. I went to the office and they put my name into their system and waited for 30mins. After waiting it was my turn to be dealt with, to be told after the wait: "they dont have any modems". So this person who logged me in couldnt have that basic information to say there are no modems after I told her I am here to get a modem?? The "customer service" representative then told me they will have modems tomorrow. Atleast I left with a smile or so i thought. The next day I was now told they dont know when they will receive modems. If that was not bad enough I was even asked to call periodically to find out when the modems are available. Not even we will call you when they are available. Honestly Flow, the next I check, will be to cancel. "
