In 1987 Verral Marshall visited St.Kitts and was smitten. He visited each year until 1992 when he accepted a position as personal chef to a local businessman. In December 1996 he opened Horizon's Poolside Café. In time he changed the name to Marshall’s to reflect his personal touch.
