" Omg nothing but exceptional service! I wish I could give this place and it's staff a million stars! A woman's wedding day is the most important day of her life and OTI made sure mine was simply the BEST! My family and closest friends couldn't be with me on this day, but the staff made me feel like I was surrounded by the closest people ever! Ocean Terrace Inn is the place to be if you want exceptional service that makes you feel extremely comfortable! "

" The other review citing "OTI" is clearly from a hotel staff since any visitor does now know it in abbrev's. Do not stay here if you are white or from out of town. When checking in, I from Canada, was told rudely by the guy at the reception that there are 2 rates, double for "non local". $100 US per night if you are local and $200 per night if you are white or "non local". At least you could have given me the $200 price without the story behind it, assholes. Same water, same towel, same room, same bed, but double priced for tourists. "
