The New Testament Experience of Salvation consists of repentance from sin, water baptism in the name of the Lord Jesus Christ. Water Baptism is an essential part of ones salvation and not just merely a symbolic ritual. It is part of entering into the Kingdom of God, and therefore it is not merely part of local membership. If one wants to be saved, one must be born of Water and of Spirit to enter into the Kingdom of Heaven. They both have to walk hand in hand, not participating in one and forgetting the other. (St. John 3:5). One must also be obedient to God's Holy word in Acts 2: 38 " Then Peter said unto them, Repent and be baptized everyone of you, in the name of Jesus Christ, for the remission of sins and ye shall receive the gift of the Holy Ghost."

The guilt of sin has fallen upon all humanity from Adam until now. To all those who refuse to accept salvation as set forth in the word of God, (Romans 6:23) states the consequence.
